Waitlist privacy notice

Last updated: October 2026. This notice covers the waitlist on noctalix.com. The app will have its own privacy policy, published before launch.

What we collect

• Your email address and the time you gave consent.
• If you answer them: your phone type, your chest strap model and whether you want to join the Android beta.
• The page section you signed up from, the campaign link you came from (if any) and your country, derived from the connection. We don't store your IP address.

Why

To email you about the beta and the launch, and to invite beta testers who match the phones and straps we need to test. The legal basis is your consent (GDPR art. 6(1)(a)). We don't sell or share your data for advertising.

Where it's stored

On Cloudflare, which hosts this site and its database as our processor. If we use an email service to send launch emails, it will also act as our processor and we'll update this notice.

How long

Until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it, and in any case no longer than 12 months after the app launches.

Your rights

You can withdraw consent, access, correct or delete your data at any time by writing to [email protected]. You can also complain to the Italian data protection authority (Garante per la protezione dei dati personali).
